Who we are

Quantum Clinical Advisors ("QCA", "we") provides website, visibility and marketing consulting for independent healthcare practices. We are based in Wailuku, Hawaii. This policy explains what information we receive through inquiries about our business, how we use it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.

Please do not send patient information

We are a marketing and website service, not a healthcare provider. Please do not send patient names, health details, or any protected health information through this site, email, or phone. You can describe your practice's business needs without identifying individual patients or sharing details about their care.

If you send patient information by mistake, tell us using the contact details below and we will delete it. Please do not repeat the sensitive information when reporting the mistake; simply tell us which message or conversation contained it.

What we collect

We collect only what visitors choose to send us by phone, email, or the booking page. This may include your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and anything you tell us about your business or the services you want. You decide what to share and may keep an initial inquiry brief.

The site itself has no contact form, no accounts, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. It makes no third-party requests when pages load. Reading these pages does not require you to create a profile or provide contact information.

Booking a call

The free-call booking button opens a scheduling page run by an outside scheduling service in a new tab. What you enter there is handled by that service and by us. The scheduling service's own terms and privacy policy govern its handling of your information. Please review them before entering details, and do not include patient information in a booking.

How we use your information

We use the information you share only to reply to you, schedule calls, and deliver the services you request. For example, we may use your email address to answer a question or send details about an agreed project. We never sell personal information or share it for advertising.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers we use to run the business, such as scheduling, email, and hosting providers, under their terms, or when the law requires it. These services help us communicate and operate; sharing for these purposes is not sharing for advertising. Their own terms describe how they handle information within their services.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry, provide requested services, and meet any applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us at any time what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.

Please provide enough detail for us to locate your correspondence, without sending sensitive information. If a legal requirement prevents us from deleting a particular record, we will explain that in our response.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. However, no internet transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an inquiry, and contact us if you have a concern about information you have already shared.

Children

This site is for practice owners and staff, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We post updates on this page with a new last-updated date. You can return here to read the current policy and contact us with questions about any change.
